Before you get cured, please feel free to "come as you are". Please, NO EXTRA GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED (yes, that includes your child), unless being serviced.
There is a required $25 deposit to hold your appointment, the deposit goes toward the final cost of your service. Deposits are are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
I accept Zelle, Cash or Credit Card payment for the remaining balance. If you would like to use cash, please bring exact change as cash is my least common tender.
Things happen, your deposit is good for a one time rescheduling 24 hours before your original appointment time.
Cancellation is required 48 hours in advance for a refund. If you book your appointment within that time period a refund will not be given unless cancelled within 2 hours of the time it was booked (ie. you book an appointment next day but need to cancel, you have 2 hours from the time you received your confirmation email).
Running late means you are not physically sitting in my chair at your appointment time. Running more than 20 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation unless otherwise discussed. If I can still take you, I will.
No-show's are defined as not showing up or a same day cancellation. A "no call, no-show" will result in being barred from further booking. A refund will not be issued.
If you are feeling ill (including having a work excuse from a doctor due to an illness) or have tested positive for a contagious illness in the past 5 days, please be respectful of my health and do not visit me at this time.

I reserve the right to immediately stop service on anyone who shows signs of illness which include, but are not limited to cough, sneezing, running nose/eyes and bleak complexion.
A refund will not be issued if your appointment is cancelled during service due to illness.
If the service duration is prolonged (30+ minutes past estimated service end time) due to client being distracted, an hourly fee past the estimated end time will apply at $50/hr. Estimated duration will be listed while booking and duration confirmed in booking confirmation email.
Any property damages inflicted by client / members of household / travel site including pets will be added to the final bill. Proof of cost for damages will be provided and itemized.
