Technically, yes. If needed, jewelry can be cut off after it is permanently welded together. If you Technicallyanticipate a medical procedure where your jewelry will need to be removed, we can carefully remove and reweld the jewelry after the procedure at no cost.
A re-weld after abrupt removal not done by Claspless starts at $10. Removal done without care can damage or shorten the chain which will need to be repaired.
Yes, we only use top-quality products and tools to ensure the best results for our clients. Jewelry is fade resistant stainless steel, sterling silver, gold-filled or solid gold. We never use gold plating, copper, brass or nickel.

Your exact studio address will be provided in your 48 hour confirmation email.
Certain chain styles and charm options are not guaranteed. Chain availability is first come first serve. Only 2 guests are allowed in the studio wove at a time. Any party more than 3 guests will need to book an additional time slot (30 minutes).
Please note, the thicker the chain, the stronger. Like any metal jewelry, dainty chains are more prone to breaking and bending with wear. Chlorine and salt water can manipulate the chemical binds in your metal and cause them to bend more easily. Please wear them with care. If your welded joint breaks within 30 days, please keep the chain for a free reweld.
We are not responsible for any stretched, broken or lost chains or any allergic reactions.
Changes in body chemistry and wear over time can cause gold filled, sterling and stainless steel to tarnish. A polishing cloth can help restore shine.
Must be 18 or older to book or be accompanied by a guardian.
For your safety, no guest should look directly at the welding laser.
